The services provided by My ADHD Coach are designed to support neurodivergent individuals and those with hidden disabilities in their personal development, task management, and well-being. Our coaching, administration support, resources and guidance aim to empower clients in navigating life’s challenges, but they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

By using our services, you agree to the following:

  1. Not Medical Advice: Our coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological conditions. While we provide support for individuals living with ADHD, neurodivergence, and hidden disabilities, our services do not replace professional healthcare. We encourage you to consult with licensed professionals for any medical or mental health concerns.

  2. Individual Results May Vary: The tools, strategies, and advice offered through My ADHD Coach are personalised to each client, but outcomes are unique to each individual. We do not guarantee specific results as progress depends on a variety of factors, including your commitment and engagement.

  3. Voluntary Participation: Participation in coaching sessions, programs, and resources offered by My ADHD Coach is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and decisions throughout the coaching process. My ADHD Coach cannot be held liable for any actions you take as a result of our guidance.

  4. Coaching is not Crisis Intervention: Our services are not intended for those in crisis or needing emergency mental health support. If you are in crisis, experiencing severe distress, or in need of immediate assistance, please contact a healthcare provider, mental health professional, or emergency services.

  5. Confidentiality: We respect and prioritise the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. However, disclosure may be necessary if required by law or in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

  6. Empowerment, Not a Cure: Our aim is to provide empowering strategies and tools that help individuals with ADHD, neurodivergence, and hidden disabilities live fulfilling lives. However, coaching does not offer a "cure" for any condition, nor does it replace the need for other forms of support, such as therapy, medication, or specialist care.

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Your use of our website and services signifies your acceptance of this disclaimer.
