TERMS AND CONDITIONS - My ADHD Coach – Jo Picken
INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with My ADHD Coach, operated by Jo Picken
("Coach", "we", "us" or "our"). By engaging in coaching services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to
abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

SERVICES
We provide coaching services for adults with ADHD as more fully described on our website and in
our coaching agreement. Services may include, but are not limited to, one-on-one coaching sessions,
group coaching sessions, workshops, and digital content.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
a. All coaching sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between the Client and the
Coach.
b. We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur that may prevent you from attending a
scheduled session. In such cases, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your
session if you need to cancel or reschedule.
c. Cancellation notices should be given via email or phone call, during normal business hours.
d. If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, the session will be
deemed forfeit and no refund will be provided.
e. The Coach reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions as necessary, with a notification to the
client.

FEES AND PAYMENT
Fees for our services are outlined on our website and in our coaching agreement. Payment is due
prior to the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by
the means specified on our website or in our coaching agreement.

We are also pleased to accept payments through the Access to Work scheme, a part of the UK's
Department for Work and Pensions. This government initiative provides financial support to
individuals who have a disability or health condition that affects their ability to work.
If you are eligible and approved for Access to Work funding, this can be used to cover the cost of
our coaching services.

Here's how it works:
a. Apply for Access to Work: You can apply online via the government's website or by
contacting the Access to Work helpline.
b. Assessment: An Access to Work adviser will contact you to discuss what help you could get.
They may also speak to your employer or visit your workplace. They'll then make a decision
on your grant.
c. Quote for Services: Once approved, contact us to arrange your coaching sessions. We'll
provide a quote for the services you need, which you then submit to Access to Work.
d. Payment: Access to Work will reimburse you for the cost of the coaching services or pay us
directly.

Please remember that applying for Access to Work and receiving funds is entirely your responsibility.
We are happy to assist with providing the necessary quotes and invoices, but we are not involved in
the application or decision-making process.
For more information about Access to Work, including eligibility criteria and how to apply, please
visit the official government website.

Note: Any coaching sessions booked through Access to Work are still subject to our standard terms
and conditions, including our 24-hour cancellation policy.
